In Illinois we often have rain and thunder storms in the Spring especially throughout the months of March and April. Sometimes these storms can produce tornadoes. Although tornadoes are serious, the chance of a tornado actually hitting us is very small. So while it is good to be prepared, there is no need to worry too much. - Everything moves slower in the snow, so leave earlier than usual for class.
- Keep some tissues in your pocket for a runny nose.
- Hand warmers are a great way to stay warm when you will be outside for a long period of time. You can usually find them in the sports/hunting/camping section of Wal-Mart and they look like this.
