2018 Spring Break Trip - Ark Encounter & Service Project

ITT has been invited to join Wittenberg Lutheran students in their spring break trip to the Ark Encounter March 15th & 16th. Registration will be open until March 10th. Don't miss out on this amazing experience!

Time
Meet at Wittenberg Lutheran Center at 7:40 AM on the 15th. Do not be late!
Hoping to arrive home around 10:00 PM on the 16th.

Meals

• Please eat breakfast on your own before coming!
• Most meals will be provided for free.
• You will need to cover the cost of your dinner on the 16th as we stop to eat on the drive home. 

Plans
Thursday March 15th - Service Project

• Drive to Seymour Indiana, arriving around 12pm. We will eat lunch and check in at Camp Lakeview Ministries. There, we will do a service project (possibly painting, cleaning, and/or working outside) in exchange for dinner and overnight accommodations. 

Friday March 16th - Ark Encounter

• Drive to Williamstown Kentucky and spend the day touring the Ark Encounter. The Ark Encounter features a full-size Noah's Ark built according to the dimensions given in the Bible and explains the story of Noah and his family. We will eat lunch on-site and return for home in the late afternoon.

Costs
Due to generous donations, the cost of this trip is free! (Except maybe a meal while driving home). However, as your ticket will be purchased for you in advance, if you sign up come PLEASE COMMIT TO COMING!

Please Bring:​

• A sleeping bag, which can be rented from ISU for $10 here. Or ask me and I can do my best to find one for you to borrow.
• Work Clothes. Keep in mind that on Thursday we may be paiting, cleaning, and possible working outside so bring clothing that will keep you warm and you don't mind getting dirty.
